• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Your first return is free; subsequent returns are subject to a ₹200 return fee.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
• The complete return and refund process may take approximately 7–10 business days.
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
